Commercial contracts and data protection
We’ve helped draft, review and negotiate VQ’s customer software licences, as well as their reseller agreements with many international partners, including multinational conglomerate Cisco Systems Inc. We have also worked closely with VQ on the data protection changes over the years and assisted in preparing VQ for EEA and UK GDPR compliance.
