Located in Chippenham since 1971, Vysiion provides end-to-end solutions and resilient infrastructure in support of critical applications and systems within the defence, utility, blue light and public sectors.
We began working with Vysiion in 2009 - under its previous name, RFL - and our support of the business continued through until sale to the Exponential E-Group in 2020.
We advised Vysiion on various transactions, including a £4m investment from Business Growth Fund in 2015.
Our support included advising on numerous acquisitions (including IT Solutions and JAD Integrated Services), the merger of Zantra, share options and issues, employee incentives, company secretarial and corporate governance advice.
We had a long standing relationship with Vysiion’s chairman, Bruce Brain, and advised him on numerous transactions including the 2014 MBO of Speed Check Services (backed by LDC).
