After funding a management buyout of Cambridge Maintenance Services Ltd, investment company Rockpool has now funded the acquisition of Acorn by Cambridge Maintenance Services Group. This includes Acorn Engineering, Marsh and AIS BMS. It enables these strong and successful companies to share greater resource, capacity and abilities.
Acorn Engineering Group is a specialist supplier of planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and water treatment services operating in London and the South East. The combined overall group business will be a significant service provider in the marketplace.
