A Bristol based business that provides care for older people in their own homes has been acquired by another care sector expert, also resident in the city.
Andrew Wood (co-owner of Home Instead Hereford) is acquiring Home Instead Bristol North (a CQC-rated Outstanding business).
Having worked at a very senior level in healthcare for 12 years, he plans to grow what the Bristol company currently offers, adding services such as live-in care, healthcare at home, and post-hospital discharge care.
Richard Hopkins of Roxburgh Milkins provided legal advice for Mr Wood.
“Richard has been a great help in pulling things together and make this deal happen. He was able to highlight the areas we needed to focus on and ensure we were well informed throughout. Having explained things clearly to us, his advice was pragmatic and just what we needed.”
