Nottingham based Air IT have gained investment from August Equity to build their business. Some of the minor shareholders were also bought out during this transaction.
Air IT was founded in 2005 to help businesses embrace technology through managed IT services and are now ranked number 1 in the East Midlands and top 10 within the UK overall.
Jason Milkins, Richard Hopkins and Laura Guest from Roxburgh Milkins provided legal advice to Air IT.
