BWS is on a buy-and-build strategy, and this was their latest acquisition – the purchase of Dorset Group (comprising of Dorset Electrical and Fire Alarms, Axis Fire and Security and Axis Fire Sprinklers).
This bolt-on acquisition was a good territorial fit, expanding BWS’ offering further south from its Somerset base. This is the fourth acquisition we have acted on for BWS (and BWS’s fifth overall) as it continues on its buy-to-build strategy, with more to come.
