Focus Group acquires Prism

Focus Group have confirmed their acquisition of Prism, a Managed Service Provider specialising in SME marketplace.  The expansion also brings a flagship MSP proposition and an exceptional understanding of the security landscape to the table, with renowned specialisation in the Financial Services sector.

Prism, formed in 2001 and built on organic growth to a team of 50 staff, servicing over 6,000 end users throughout the UK. The Prism Pack model is the first of its kind in the space, ensuring clients can manage operational expense and maintain modern solutions in the fast-paced technology environment with an ethos of empowering clients to be more productive, and profitable.
