Bristol-based intellectual property firm JD IP’s client portfolio has been acquired by Cheltenham-headquartered patent and trade mark firm Albright IP.
Since its inception in 2015, JD IP grew rapidly, working with many Bristol and South West based businesses as well as overseas clients. Founder John Dean now looks forward to developing other areas of interest, with a focus on recruitment in this specialist area.
John has also worked closely with Roxburgh Milkins and assisted numerous clients over that time, a relationship which RM looks forward to continuing with Albright. Laura Guest and Charles van der Lande advised JD IP on the sale.
