Meet the team

Kimberlee works alongside associate Helen Naylor, senior associate Carl Spencer-Spear and director Ian Grimley in the IT and Commercial team. Her commercial practice includes negotiating, advising on, and overseeing a broad range of contracts, from software agreements to data protection.   

Kimberlee is dual qualified, being admitted as an attorney in South Africa, (with a focus on ADR, commercial high court litigation as well as corporate and commercial aspects of the practice) and a solicitor in England & Wales. Her background and experience enables Kimberlee to tailor contracts according to each client’s specific objectives and commercial drivers.  Prior to joining the firm, Kimberlee was a corporate and commercial solicitor, dealing with a range of commercial matters for clients.

Kimberlee is also the Chair of Trustees for a local Bristol charity and enjoys tennis and mountaineering.
