Meet the team

Tom is a corporate lawyer who has advised on a variety of domestic and cross border transactions. As a senior associate in the corporate team, he handles a broad range of corporate work including private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, re-organisations, and supporting entrepreneurial businesses.

During his time at Bupa (as part of the internal M&A team) he was responsible for completing numerous acquisitions, and the integration of those acquired businesses into the group.  This gave him an in-depth understanding of the needs of those on buy and build strategies.
